Resolve Technology Group was started in 2000 by the current Resolve Technology Group CEO, John Chapman. Resolve Technology Group started out specializing in the K-12 educational field, helping build schools' technical infrastructure and ensuring proper virus and security protection was in place on their networks. The technical skills applied in the educational field soon spread across several industries.
Resolve Technology Group is now helping law firms, small to medium size businesses, home offices and, of course, educational facilities with their technical challenges. Many of our customers rely on us for all their technology and think of us as their IT Support for everything from hardware and software procurement to fixing a jammed printer.
